Changing Seasons

It seems like time is going so fast. Each day is another day of November is gone, and another day closer to the New Year. When you think about the New Year you think about new resolutions, new experiences, and basically anything else that will be new. While I am excited for the new things of a new year I think about how fast things seem to be changing. It hit me today that two years from now I will be student teaching and the following fall after that I will have my very own grown up person job. It might seem kinda crazy to be thinking that far into the future but I have never really been one to just be thinking about the here and now. :)

As the days seem to be ticking away, they seem to be taking the warm weather with them. I very much enjoy this weather; that is if it would be about 10 degrees warmer. However, I will not complain because very soon I will be wishing for a cool breezy day compared to the snow blizzard like conditions of an Ohio winter. Oh the joys of winter, can't wait (insert sarcasm). Along with the disappearing days classes are also coming close to the end. Each day we are one day closure to being done with the semester. And you know what that means, “crunch time”. Here at Bluffton "crunch time" is the time in the semester that all the professors get together and talk about how they can torture their students. Just kidding! But it seems that all the professors are trying to get as much in because final exams are just right around the corner. For example, this up coming Friday I have two test one day the following week three lab reports due, and three more tests. Awesome!

Considering everything that is going on with classes and life on campus, I am appreciative for the time I have. Even though it may not be much time, it is still enough to either take a nap or visit a friend. I have found that it is the little things that will keep you sane during these changing seasons!
