Hide and Seek

Well I have officially finished my first year of college and now completely moved back into the rents homestead. This past weekend I put a lot of thought into how I could describe both the happy and sad feels that I felt. I am excited that it is summer and absolutely beautiful outside, but at the same time I am sad that I am no longer living on campus and I will not see many people for about 4 months, and some not at all (aka people transferring or graduating). As I was thinking about how to describe these feelings I was reminded of the song by our good friend Vitamin C (the singer not that pill that tastes like oranges). "As we go on we remember all the times we spent together, and as our lives change come whatever we will still be friends forever". As cheesy as it sounds it is very true. So that is why I have decided to do (drum roll please) CLETE'S MOST MEMORABLE MOMENTS OF FRESHMAN YEAR 2008-09!!!! Exciting, I know :)

10.) Late nights in Shoker Science Center!
9.) Screaming ninjas orientation weekend (future students you will have the first hand knowledge of this when you move it)
8.) Tennis ball golf (even though I never won it was really fun)
7.) Bowling in the halls
6.) Midnight Wal-Mart trips
5.) Homecoming (dinner and the dance)
4.) The ever changing color of my hair
3.) "Date night" :)
2.) Scream night = staying up all night to watch 3 of the best teen slashers ever made, then running around campus at 4 in the morning acting like the killer haha

1.) The lumberjack challenge (questions about what this event is just ask!!!)

While it is still hard to believe that this year is already over I am looking forward even more to August when I get to go back to Bluffton University for another fun filled year.
